This policy governs the shipping and delivery of all Interiors Products purchased from Landbloom.

1. Processing Time

  • Order Confirmation: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days following payment confirmation.
  • Custom/Made-to-Order Items: If your product is custom-made, we will notify you of the estimated manufacturing time before shipment.

2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery

We utilize reliable third-party courier partners for delivery across India.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Calculation: Shipping charges are assessed based on the weight, dimensions of the product, and the delivery pin code.
  • Final Cost: The final shipping charge will be displayed clearly on the Checkout Page before you complete your payment.

4. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a link via Email, allowing you to monitor your parcel’s progress.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active after dispatch.

5. Damages and Delivery Issues

  • Inspection on Delivery: We request that you thoroughly inspect the package for any external damage at the time of delivery.
  • Reporting Damage: If the product is found to be damaged, please either refuse the delivery or notify us within 48 hours at info@landbloom.in, attaching clear photographs of the damage. (This is essential for initiating a claim under our Refund and Returns Policy).
