Refund and Returns Policy for Landbloom Products

This policy applies to all Interiors Products purchased through Landbloom’s digital storefront (including landbloom.in/interiors/).

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We understand that buying interior goods online can be challenging. We offer a simple return policy subject to the following conditions:

Mandatory Conditions for Return:

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition with no signs of wear or assembly.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made furniture, items clearly marked as ‘Final Sale,’ or products that have been assembled are not eligible for return.

2. Refund Process & Timelines

  • Initiation: The refund process begins only after the returned item has been successfully received at our warehouse and passes our Quality Check (QC).
  • Timeframe: Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days and credited back to the customer’s original payment source (e.g., Credit Card, Bank Account, or UPI).
  • Shipping Costs:
    • If the return is due to a Damaged or Defective Item, we will bear the return shipping costs.
    • If the return is due to Change of Mind, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the final refund amount.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Immediate Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled without any fee within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been shipped.
  • Post-Shipping Cancellation: If the order is cancelled after it has been shipped, the shipping charges (both ways) will be deducted from the customer’s refund.

4. How to Initiate a Return Request

To request a return or exchange, please contact our support team immediately:

  1. Email: Send an email with the subject line “RETURN REQUEST” to: info@landbloom.in
  2. Information Required: Please include your Order Number, the Name of the Item you wish to return, and a Clear Reason for the return (with photographic evidence if the item is damaged).

Our support team will guide you through the process and arrange for the return pickup.
