1. Processing Time
- Order Confirmation: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days following payment confirmation.
- Custom/Made-to-Order Items: If your product is custom-made, we will notify you of the estimated manufacturing time before shipment.
2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery
We utilize reliable third-party courier partners for delivery across India.

| Rest of India (Other Locations) | 7 to 10 business days after dispatch. |

3. Shipping Charges
- Calculation: Shipping charges are assessed based on the weight, dimensions of the product, and the delivery pin code.
- Final Cost: The final shipping charge will be displayed clearly on the Checkout Page before you complete your payment.
4. Order Tracking
- Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a link via Email, allowing you to monitor your parcel’s progress.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active after dispatch.
5. Damages and Delivery Issues
- Inspection on Delivery: We request that you thoroughly inspect the package for any external damage at the time of delivery.
- Reporting Damage: If the product is found to be damaged, please either refuse the delivery or notify us within 48 hours at
info@landbloom.in, attaching clear photographs of the damage. (This is essential for initiating a claim under our Refund and Returns Policy).
