Landbloom guarantees the quality and craftsmanship of all services performed and products sold. This Warranty Policy applies to both our Construction Services and Interior Products.
1. Construction Services Warranty
This warranty covers all new builds and renovation projects executed by Landbloom.

| Structural Warranty | 10 Years | Covers main structural elements such as foundations, beams, columns, and load-bearing walls. |
| Mechanical & Electrical | 2 Years | Covers defects in materials and workmanship for plumbing, electrical wiring, HVAC systems, and roofing. |
| Finishing/Cosmetic | 1 Year | Covers defects in workmanship related to paint, tiling, fittings, and installation of doors/windows. |

Conditions: The warranty covers defects arising from normal use and proper maintenance. Damage resulting from natural disasters or modifications made by the client is excluded.
2. Interior Products Warranty
This warranty covers Interiors Products (such as furniture, lighting, and decor) purchased from Landbloom.
- Standard Term: Typically ranges from 12 to 36 months (varies based on the specific product).
- Coverage: Limited exclusively to manufacturing defects and material failures. It does not cover damage from misuse, improper assembly, normal wear and tear, or fading.
- Claim Process: If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, the customer must notify us at info@landbloom.in with the Order Number and photographic evidence of the defect.
3. General Terms & Exclusions
- Claim Eligibility: A warranty claim can only be initiated if all outstanding payments for the related service or product have been paid in full.
- Remedy: Landbloom reserves the right to either repair the defective work or replace the defective part, at our discretion.
- Exclusions: The warranty specifically excludes damage due to abuse, misuse, normal wear and tear, or work performed by third-party contractors not affiliated with Landbloom.
